A new, more efficient, and high-tech production unit
Bijoux Catering continues to grow and is modernising its production unit, taking over the former head office of Zurich Airport, which has moved to The Circle, a new complex which boasts remarkable architecture.
Bijoux catering company has overseen a high-tech renovation of this building, which offers a management capacity for 4 to 6 airlines, just 30 meters from the apron itself.
This ideal location brings us closer to our clients, enabling us to respond even more quickly.
We are developing three flows within this future unit: a duty paid flow with and without taxes, a Western (American and European) flow and a Middle Eastern flow. The unit will also include a production kitchen which will be exclusively dedicated to VIP catering & Events.
As we embark on this new adventure which will lead to improved quality and genuine excellence, we are proud to work with Christian Bris.
Christian will be the project leader of this unit and will be responsible for all processes. As the former Vice President of In-Flight Services at Qatar Airways and the former Group Sales Director at Newrest Group.
